now that the SYF is over, it's time for us to settle down and focus on our studies.
to the sec 3s:as you may well know, the sec 4s will be stepping down soon. we are handing this baton to you and soon, it will be up to you on how to lead the section, and if possible, the band to greater heights. you can't rely on your seniors anymore. you have to learn how to be independent, how to make decisions that would be the best for everyone. you will have to know how to differentiate and prioritize. and most importantly, know how to improve on your own as well as your juniors' playing.
no more fooling around. it's time to get serious. make sure you train your juniors really hard and don't be lenient to them! xD ha ha, i know i'm mean, but seriously our discipline is really lacking. all of you must know when to be serious, and also shut up when the need arises.
for now, relax, and focus on your studies. good luck for MYEs!
